I am not ashamed to admit it, I treat my dogs like my babies. It is now acceptable to coddle them or cook for them, we have doggie strollers and clothes and birthday parties and bark-mitzvahs. And, why not?
They give us unconditional love, protection and make us get off our butts to get a little exercise. Not a bad thing in a family member actually probably more than any other member of the family does for us on a regular basis. I love my dogs and there is nothing I wouldn’t do for them
And while I know I shouldn’t do it, but I can’t help myself. I let my dogs sit up front while I’m driving.
